Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Cups – Simple, Protein-Packed & Made to Share
There’s something magical about frozen peanut butter + chocolate—but when you add Greek yogurt into the mix? You get a creamy, protein-rich snack that feels indulgent but is actually good for you. Inspired by a Taylor Swift trend (of course), this recipe is all heart—just like the mission behind it.
Ingredients:
1 part Greek yogurt
1 part peanut butter
Dash of vanilla extract
Chocolate chips (for melting and sprinkling)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Using a silicone muffin pan (or a regular one with paper liners), coat the bottom of each cup with melted chocolate.
Spoon in the yogurt and peanut butter mixture.
Sprinkle with a few more chocolate chips on top.
Freeze for about an hour or until firm.
Pop out and enjoy! Store extras in a sealed container in the freezer.
