Whole Heart Health partners with teachers, schools, and coaches to bring movement and nutrition workshops to students — from kindergarten through high school — 100% free of charge.
Whether you're looking for a one-time activity or ongoing support, we create age-appropriate, shame-free programming that’s fun, engaging, and rooted in education and empowerment.
WHAT WE OFFER
Nutrition Education
From food labels to fueling, we help students build confidence around food choices without shame. Workshops can include:
Fuel vs. fun food games
Nutrition label literacy (added sugar, fiber, protein, etc.)
Build-your-own food pyramid or recipe activities
What food colors + macros do for your body
Scavenger hunts and hands-on food learning
Athlete-focused sessions on healthy fueling practices for energy, recovery, and optimal performance
WHAT WE OFFER
Movement Workshop
We make movement fun, approachable, and accessible. Workshops can include:
Stretch breaks like our “27-minute stretch”
Dice games to teach movement variety (yoga, functional strength, barre-inspired moves, etc.)
Intro to strength, balance, and flexibility — no equipment needed
